All sales are final.

At Claydaylab, each piece is handmade with care, and some items are custom-made specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders.

Please review your order details carefully before placing it, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need help before purchasing.

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at support@claydaylab.com with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
